As a Project Manager, you lead project teams and are responsible for one or more (international) projects, depending on their scope. What can you expect from us?
What is expected of you?
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client;
- Prepare work budgets and set task budgets for the project team;
- Prepare project forecasts and justify them to management;
- Monitor the project scope and planning, with clear communication to clients;
- Work closely with other departments within Eekels;
- Work according to procedures and guidelines for project-based operations, taking initiatives that lead to the optimization of (primary) processes and the optimal use and deployment of the (operational) system;
- Active involvement in the further development of our products and systems according to the Configure To Order (CTO) approach;
- Short-term stays abroad for project-related tasks are part of the role.
- A completed relevant higher vocational education (HBO) degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience with electrical and/or mechanical engineering projects is a plus;
- Knowledge of project management methods such as Prince2 or IPMA B is a plus;
- Knowledge of contract management;
- Good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office;
- A team player capable of motivating the team and working in a results-oriented manner;

What is expected of you?
- Working on installing and converting various electrical installations and instrumentation on board a yacht;
- Commissioning of complex electronic installations;
- Implementing technical changes (in consultation);
- Work in accordance with quality, health and safety and environmental guidelines and regulations;
- Permanent work location closest to your place of residence, placement at another location is also possible in the future.
- You have a secondary school education level 3 (MBO) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
- Demonstrable work experience as an electrician;
- Able to read technical drawings and diagrams, we work with Autocad and E-plan;
- Able to work well in a team, but also independently;
- Working safely and healthy comes naturally for you;
- Willing to travel.

What is expected of you?
- Zelfstandig of in teamverband werken aan het monteren en ombouwen van uiteenlopende elektrotechnische installaties en instrumentatie voor Maritieme en Industriële projecten;
- Bouwen van schakelkasten, bedieningspanelen e.d. en deze opstellen/aanbrengen;
- Kennis van montagemethoden en -uitvoering, meet- en regeltechnieken (instrumentatie) en technische tekeningen lezen.
- Afgeronde elektrotechnische mbo-opleiding op niveau 3 (eventueel bereid om niveau 4 via scholing te bereiken);
- Ervaring als elektromonteur, ervaring in de panelenbouw is een pré;
- Kunnen lezen van technische tekeningen en schema’s (wij werken met Autocad en EPLAN);

What is expected of you?

- Opstellen van werkinstructies, bestellen van materialen, contact onderhouden met leveranciers, een aanzet geven voor de planning van personeel, assisteren bij het oplossen van technische problemen en eventueel adviseren bij de uitbesteding van werkzaamheden;
- Opstellen van werkpakketten voor interne productie of uitvoering bij de klant;
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne productie en uitvoering met betrekking tot materiaalleveringen en werkpakketten;
- Zorgdragen voor het administreren, inrichten, bewaken, documenteren en rapporteren over de financiële voortgang en projectresultaten van de lopende projecten binnen je team;
- Assisteren van de projectleider bij het maken van calculaties en offertes.
- Een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding richting Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. Of Hbo werk- en denkniveau, eventueel aangevuld met vakgerichte cursussen;
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie en in een industriële omgeving;
- Plannen en organiseren gaat je goed af en je weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen;
- Beschikking over goede communicatieve, commerciële en organisatorische vaardigheden;
- Technisch en sterk analytisch vermogen en bewust dat klantgerichtheid en collegialiteit net zo belangrijk zijn;
- Gezonde dosis humor, enthousiasme en proactieve houding;

Additionally, complete installations are shipped as ready-to-assemble kits to shipyards in various countries such as Romania, Vietnam, India, and China. Our electrical services for the shipping and offshore industry include: consultancy, system engineering and design, delivery of standard and customer-specific systems, panel construction, installation work, commissioning, maintenance, and service. Our service, refit, and maintenance department performs work on our own systems as well as on third-party systems for shipyards, shipping companies, and shipowners. As an (international) service/maintenance technician, you will be part of this department. You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair/refurbishment of electrical installations on board (commercial) ships and offshore installations. WWhat can you expect from us?
What is expected of you?
- Tracing fault sources, performing measurements, and resolving various types of malfunctions;
- Prepare project activities with regard to documentation, detailed plans and drawings;
- Elaborating technical specifications or changes (if necessary) or discussing this with the work planner and/or project leaders;
- Preparing service reports, inspection reports, and delivery protocols after each visit, for the client and for internal purposes.
- Completed vocational education (mbo) in Electrical Engineering/Service & Maintenance;
- You have several years of relevant work experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of assembly methods and execution, measurement and control techniques (instrumentation), and reading technical drawings;
