Als Project Manager eXperience ben je verantwoordelijk voor 1 of meer projecten binnen eXperience en geef je leiding aan het betreffende projectteam. Onder de naam Marpower eXperience levert Eekels Technology innovatieve en vooruitstrevende Audio & Video, IT- & Communicatiesystemen voor de luxe jachtenbranche. Wij hebben onze systemen geleverd aan jachten met een lengte van 50 meter tot meer dan 100 meter. Marpower eXperience is een leidend technologiebedrijf in de wereld van de mega Jachten. What is expected of you?
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor 1 of meer projecten binnen eXperience en leidinggeven aan het betreffende projectteam;
- Sterke commerciële focus en gebruikt jouw technische achtergrond voor het realiseren van projectdoelstellingen;
- Betrokkenheid bij alle fasen van het project en eindverantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp en uitvoering van het project;
- Adviseren van en overleggen met de klant;
- Bewaken van de realisatie van de begroting (projectregistratie);
- Standplaats is Zaandam, maar reizen naar projectlocaties komt regelmatig voor.
- Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau, richting elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardig;
- Werkervaring binnen de jachtenbouw of in een AV/IT omgeving;
- Work experience in a similar position;
- Commerciële instelling en communicatief vaardig en daadkrachtig;
- Structurele denker en goed analytisch vermogen;
- A good spoken and written command of Dutch and English.

Service Engineer Automation - 40 hours
Eekels | TBI is looking for a Service Engineer Automation for the business unit Systems, based in Zaandam. As a Service Engineer Automation you will be trained to provide service, resolve malfunctions and commission the Marpower Automation Systems Yachting (MASY). You will also provide service to customers with a defective or no longer working system. The business unit Systems develops and supplies drive systems, shore power connection systems, Marine Automation Systems and customer-specific electronics for the various market areas in which Eekels is active. The systems are marketed under the name Marpower. A platform that has been developed and managed entirely in-house. Voor het cluster Automation in Zaandam en Kolham, dat zich richt op de superjachtbouw, zoeken we versterking van ons enthousiaste team! What can you expect from us?
What is expected of you?
- Providing service, troubleshooting and commissioning Marpower Automation Systems Yachting (MASY);
- Provide service and advice to customers with faulty or non-functioning systems;
- Perform periodic inspections at customers;
- Responsible for overhaul and repair of the automation systems;
- Provide product-related training to service partners;
- Preparing, among other things, project activities with regard to documentation, schedules and design;
- Writing reports after each visit, for the client and for internal purposes;
- Secondary education level (MBO+) / bachelor degree level (HBO) with an electrical or automation background;
- Enthusiastic, working independently and contributing to the team;
- Able to analyze and understand systems unknown to you;
- Able to work under pressure and taking responsibility for your work;
- Customer-oriented, you are the face of our systems at the customer;
- Knowledge of and affinity with PLC, SCADA, HMI software;
- Good spoken and written command of Dutch and English.
- Prepared to travel abroad for several weeks a few times per year.

Engineer Yachting - 40 hours
Eekels | TBI is looking for an Engineer for the business unit Yachting to strengthen the Engineering department (Zaandam location). The business unit Yachting is one of the largest electrical system integrators within Dutch yacht building and is active in the top segment of Dutch yacht building. What can you expect from us?
What is expected of you?
- Carrying out drawing and engineering work for electrical installations;
- Providing the drawings for main and sub distribution panels;
- Providing the drawings for power and control cables for ship systems;
- Technical preparation of projects, documentation and preparation for implementation;
- Provide support in the aftersales of a project;
- In this position you report directly to the Lead Engineer or Technical Manager.
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in the field of drawing and designing electrical installations preferably within the maritime sector;
- Good communication skills and working as a team is self-evident for you;
- A proactive approach and good analytical skills;
- Experience with and knowledge of EPLAN electric P8 and AutoCAD;
- A good spoken and written command of Dutch and English.
