What is expected of you?
- Zelfstandig of in teamverband werken aan het monteren en ombouwen van uiteenlopende elektrotechnische installaties en instrumentatie voor Maritieme en Industriële projecten;
- Bouwen van schakelkasten, bedieningspanelen e.d. en deze opstellen/aanbrengen;
- Kennis van montagemethoden en -uitvoering, meet- en regeltechnieken (instrumentatie) en technische tekeningen lezen.
- Afgeronde elektrotechnische mbo-opleiding op niveau 3 (eventueel bereid om niveau 4 via scholing te bereiken);
- Ervaring als elektromonteur, ervaring in de panelenbouw is een pré;
- Kunnen lezen van technische tekeningen en schema’s (wij werken met Autocad en EPLAN);

What is expected of you?
- Zorgdragen voor het voorbereiden, organiseren en coördineren van alle activiteiten die noodzakelijk zijn voor een efficiënte uitvoering van industriële installaties (E&I, Elektro en Instrumentatie);
- Opstellen van werkinstructies, bestellen van materialen, contact onderhouden met leveranciers, een aanzet geven voor de planning van personeel, assisteren bij het oplossen van technische problemen en eventueel adviseren bij de uitbesteding van werkzaamheden;
- Opstellen van werkpakketten voor interne productie of uitvoering bij de klant;
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne productie en uitvoering met betrekking tot materiaalleveringen en werkpakketten;
- Zorgdragen voor het administreren, inrichten, bewaken, documenteren en rapporteren over de financiële voortgang en projectresultaten van de lopende projecten binnen je team;
- Assisteren van de projectleider bij het maken van calculaties en offertes.
- Een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding richting Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. Of Hbo werk- en denkniveau, eventueel aangevuld met vakgerichte cursussen;
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie en in een industriële omgeving;
- Plannen en organiseren gaat je goed af en je weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen;
- Beschikking over goede communicatieve, commerciële en organisatorische vaardigheden;
- Technisch en sterk analytisch vermogen en bewust dat klantgerichtheid en collegialiteit net zo belangrijk zijn;
- Gezonde dosis humor, enthousiasme en proactieve houding;

The business unit Systems (Marpower) is part of Eekels | TBI. They are looking to expand their team with a Standardization Engineer for the Power Systems department, located in Kolham. In the role of Standardization Engineer, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing standardized processes, designs, and standards in electrical system construction for Power Systems. Your goal is to achieve uniformity and efficiency in engineering and production by creating reusable 'standard' designs, aiming for a sustainable and efficient engineering and production process. The business unit Systems develops and supplies drive systems, shore power connection systems, Marine Automation Systems and customer-specific electronics for the various market areas in which Eekels is active. The systems are marketed under the name Marpower. A platform that has been developed and managed entirely in-house. What can you expect from us?
What is expected of you?
- Being part of the standardization team within the Power Systems cluster. Depending on the scope, you will work on one or more standardization projects;
- Defining new Marpower building blocks for the energy transition;
- Maintaining existing building blocks;
- Formulating standardization objectives and implementing them within the sales, engineering, and production teams, in close collaboration with the engineering manager;
- Analyzing the performance of the standardization process and proactively taking measures based on this analysis;
- Monitoring your own scope and planning within standardization projects;
- Ensuring clear communication between the production and project teams;
- Active involvement in the further development of our products and systems according to the Configure To Order (CTO) approach;
- (Temporary) residence abroad in connection with standardization projects may be part of the role.
- Completed relevant technical higher vocational education or master's degree;
- Experience with electrical panel construction and/or drive systems is an advantage;
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, CTO, and basic knowledge of assembly, machinery, and tools;
