Eekels | TBI is looking for a project manager Marine & Offshore for the Kolham location. The Marine & Offshore business unit provides electrical engineering services and systems for marine & offshore applications. Complete installations are custom designed, produced and installed in projects all over the world. As a project manager you lead project teams and, depending on the size of the projects, you are responsible for one or more (international) projects. You monitor the scope and project planning, while ensuring clear communication with our clients.

What is expected of you?

• You draw up the project plan and, after approval of the Business Unit Manager, you ensure the realization of the project within the set budget;
• You organize the work/circumstances with the Operational Manager in such a way that the work is carried out in a safe manner with the aim of avoiding accidents;
• You work on diverse projects varying in size and time frame with a high complexity;
• You build and maintain the relationship with clients, in order to create a solid basis for a long-term collaboration;
• You report on the progress of the project to the Business Unit Manager at set times;
• You take care of the project evaluation and you also define the improvement objectives;
• You directly and indirectly manage all project employees involved in a stimulating and motivating way;
• You contribute to good and effective internal and external communication.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

• Hbo werk- en denkniveau met een elektrotechnische achtergrond;
• Several years of relevant project manager experience in the industry;
• You are a systematic, assertive employee with strong analytical skills and result-oriented;
• You can work well in a team setting and you have (commercially oriented) communication skills;
• You have a good spoken and written command of Dutch and English.
