HR Advisor - 32 to 40 hours per week

Eekels | TBI is looking for an HR advisor for the Zaandam location to strengthen the HR department.

The HR department is focused on improving the organization and employees in line with the business strategy. The department ensures policy and process support for the entire organization based on our HR policy, legislation and regulations and guidelines, in such a way that Eekels is able to lead its organization in an effective and efficient manner and to optimize her results. As an HR advisor you are the first point of contact for internal personell flow and outflow process of the various business units and departments that fall under your scope. You work closely with management/supervisors.

What is expected of you?

• Promoting the development of employees based on insights obtained into organizational and employee needs (the emphasis is on safeguarding knowledge, stimulating a learning culture and promoting internal flow of employees);
• Managing our health policy, including to an important extent the absenteeism process. You are the point of contact for employees and managers. You provide advice and ensure that all parties do what they need to do on time (in accordance with the guidelines of the Poortwachter Act);
• Ensuring that the required personnel administration is kept up to date (preparing, drawing up, checking and managing HR-related documents, contracts, letters and overviews);
• Contribute to good and effective communication from the department to the organization;
• Analyzing data and trends regarding internal personnel flow and outflow to make (policy) recommendations;
• Ensuring that laws and regulations, such as social legislation and employment contracts, are complied with;
• Suggest process improvements and provide input to promote HR policy and participate in HR-related projects;
• Your location is Zaandam, but traveling to project locations is a regular occurrence.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

• Bachelor level (Human Resources)
• Independent, accurate, proactive and results-oriented attitude, honest, strong communicator and can work well together;
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in the field of employment law;
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar HR position;
• Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written.
