Eekels | TBI is voor de locatie Kolham op zoek naar een Lead Engineer Marine & Offshore. Als Lead Engineer Marine & Offshore geef je leiding aan engineers en ben je, afhankelijk van de grootte van de projecten, verantwoordelijk voor één of meer (internationale) projecten.

The Marine & Offshore business unit provides electrical services and systems for Marine & Offshore applications worldwide. Complete installations are designed in line with the customer’s requirements and produced for installations at Dutch shipyards. Complete installations are also sent as ready-made construction kits to the shipyards in Romania, Vietnam, India, China and various other countries. The electrical services provided to the ship construction industry consist of: consultancy, system engineering and design, delivery of customer-specific systems and/or standard systems, panel construction, installation work, commissioning and service and maintenance.

 What is expected of you?

• Leiding geven aan engineers en afhankelijk van de grootte van de projecten, verantwoordelijk voor één of meer (internationale) projecten;
• Sterke technische focus en je gebruikt je “cost driven” instelling voor het realiseren van projectdoelstellingen;
• Drawing up schedules and leading the engineers task-oriented in the project team;
• Verstrekken van input voor de projectprognoses en weet deze met een goede onderbouwing te motiveren richting de projectleider en het management;
• Monitor the project planning and ensure clear communication with the project team and our clients;
• Werken volgens procedures en richtlijnen voor projectmatig werken, neemt initiatieven die leiden tot optimalisatie van de (ontwerp)processen;
• (Kortstondig) verblijf in het buitenland t.b.v. projecten kan deel uitmaken van de functie.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

• Afgeronde hbo-opleiding richting Elektrotechniek;
• Knowledge of project management methods is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office;
• Good spoken and written command of Dutch and English.
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Lead Engineer in de branche.
