Contract Manager Industry & Infrastructure -  40 hours per week

Eekels | TBI is looking for a driven Contract Manager with a solid legal background for the Kolham or Emmen location. As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in drawing up, managing and negotiating contracts with our relations. You will also be a legal source of information for our project teams.

The Industry & Infrastructure business unit is active in the market segment Industry & Infrastructure, among other things with electrical solutions. The business unit takes care of the entire process from advice, engineering (hard- & software), purchasing, panel construction, implementation, test & inspection up to and including maintenance. The business unit has specific expertise in the field of process automation, medium voltage and predictive maintenance. Offering the most suitable solutions for the customer (both in terms of technology and price) is essential in this regard.

What is expected of you?

• Responsibility for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle;
• Analyzing contractual documents and identifying risks and opportunities;
• Close collaboration with stakeholders to understand and fulfill contractual obligations;
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts with suppliers, customers and partners;
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in contractual agreements;
• Identify and manage contractual risks and implement appropriate risk management strategies;
• Maintaining close communication and relationships with internal departments including purchasing, finance and operational teams;
• Handling disputes, claims and change requests;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of contract management processes and practices.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

• At least a completed higher professional education in law or a comparable legal education;
• At least 4 years of work experience in contract management or a related legal field;
• Excellent legal knowledge and understanding of contractual principles;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Results-oriented and able to perform under pressure;
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
• Good command of Dutch and English. Command of German is a plus.
